The build/renovation phase can be the most stressful and frustrating part. We can help alleviate some of the stress by project managing your build from design through to the last coat of paint, keeping you updated throughout the process and the builders on track.
Onsite Management
We provide the onsite teams with a central point of contact for the entire project, pulling together all the necessary trades as well as the geometra, architect and local comune and even your neighbours if necessary.
This helps keep the timeline on track, the project moving ahead and most importantly, your budget under control.
Regular Updates
If you want it, we can provide regular updates on the progress on site, with photos and plans as needed.
Any decisions requiring your explicit attention will be flagged immediately and we can work with you and the onsite team to make the best decisions for your project.
We can install WiFi cameras should you wish to keep one eye on the project yourself (Wifi needed) and give you live tours via FaceTime/WhatsApp when a live discussion is needed.
Timely completion
Renovation projects can have a habit of throwing up surprises along the way. Whilst these are unavoidable for the most part, using our Project Management service will help alleviate the impact by keeping you informed, working with the onsite team for quick resolution of any problems and keeping the project on track for a timely completion.
